Custom Made Products: All products created by our print lab are custom-made based on individual requests and specifications. Given the personalized nature of our services, each item is uniquely tailored to the requirements set by the customer.
No Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns. Every order is produced to cater to specific customer preferences, and as such, it's not suitable for resale or restocking.
No Refunds: Given that each product is custom-made, we do not offer refunds. We urge our customers to be sure about their specifications and requirements before finalizing their order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged or if there's an error on our part, please contact our customer service team within a certain period (e.g., 7 days) of receiving your order. Provide photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, offer a solution which could include a replacement or correction of the error.
